Another Latino Inaugural Event Taking Place!

NCLR, NALEO, LULAC, Voto Latino, the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute, the Congressional Hispanic Leadership Institute, and the Democratic National Committee Hispanic Caucus, among many others join together for the 2009 Latino Inaugural Gala.
